Any gift cards that are given as store credit, customer satisfaction, promotional giveaways, or issued by our customer experience team expire after one calendar year from the date issued, as shown on your gift card. If you enter your store credit and receive the following error message, "This gift card is no longer available," it means the store credit has expired or has a $0 balance.
