We love keeping things fresh on our website, and we update graphics and product images regularly! If you shop with us often, your browser may be storing older versions of our pages — this can sometimes cause loading issues or timeouts.

The good news: clearing your browser's cache usually fixes it right away! Here's how, depending on what you're using:

Quick fix for PC users:

  • Hold down CTRL + F5 at the same time. This reloads the page fresh without clearing your full browser history.

Chrome:

  • Open Chrome → click the three dots (top right) → History → Clear browsing data → check "Browsing history" → click Clear data.

Firefox

  • Click the Library button → History → Clear Recent History → select your time range → click Clear Now.

Safari (Mac): 

  • Open Safari → Safari menu → Empty Cache → click Empty.

iPhone: 

  • Go to Settings → scroll to Safari → tap Clear History and Website Data → confirm.

Android (Chrome): 

  • Open Chrome → tap the three dots (top right) → History → Clear browsing data → choose a time range → select what to remove → tap Clear data.

 If you'd prefer not to clear your full history, navigate to your browser's advanced settings, find the data for www.naturallife.com, delete just that, and then reopen your browser and type in our address.
