How do I return items from more than one order?Updated a day ago

Our system does not allow items from multiple orders to be returned in a single package using one label. Our system only recognizes the return label for the return affiliated with that order number and is unable to recognize items from additional orders that may have been placed in the same package. They will therefore not be refunded.

If you're sending back items from multiple separate orders, each order must be processed individually. You’ll need to create a separate return for each order, use each order’s unique return label, and send the items back in separate packages. Normal return shipping fees apply to all returns.
