Return window: Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please report any order issues within this window.
Refund Options
- Original payment method
- Gift Card— emailed to you as an E-gift card (won't auto-apply to your account, and can't be converted back to your original payment method once issued)
- Shop Now — exchange for anything currently on our site, not just for size
Fees
- Return shipping: $5.95, deducted from your refund
- Exchanging for a different size, color, or style: no return fee
- Returning for a refund or store credit: a standard handling fee may apply
- Mixed orders (some items exchanged, some refunded): fee may vary — you'll always see the exact amount before confirming
Item Requirements
- Unused, in new condition, with all original tags attached
- Gift returns are eligible for a gift card or a Shop Now exchange only
A Few Things to Know
- Returns from separate orders can't be combined into one package or label
- Once a return is started, changing the items requires canceling and starting a new one — anything sent back that wasn't on the original return label won't be refunded
- Original shipping fees aren't refundable
- Orders shipped in multiple boxes: please contact our Customer Experience Team
- Instant Exchange: if your original item isn't shipped back within 20 days, the temporary card hold becomes a charge for the new item — meaning you'd be paying for both items
How to Start
Go to returns.naturallife.com with your order number (starts with 3) and the email or zip code used on the order. Once submitted, you have 14 days to drop off your return.
Note: we're unable to issue refunds for items not processed through our return portal or marked ineligible for return.
