Can I change or edit my order after it has been placed?Updated a month ago
We totally understand, it’s easy to miss something when you’re excited to check out! Once your order is placed, it immediately starts processing in our system so we can get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because of that, we’re not able to make changes after it’s been submitted. This includes adding or removing items, changing the shipping address, or applying a promo code.
If you notice something’s not quite right, please reach out to us right away! We do have a very short window where we might be able to cancel your order before it ships so you can place a corrected one instead. Once your order begins packing in the warehouse or has shipped, we’re unable to make any edits or cancel your order.
