Am I able to change the shipping address on my order?Updated 13 minutes ago
We totally understand — it's easy to catch a little mistake after checking out! Once your order is placed, it immediately begins processing so we can get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, and due to different state tax laws and shipping regulations, we're not able to change the shipping address after an order has been submitted.
If your order was just placed, you may be able to cancel it yourself within 30 minutes and reorder with the correct address! Here's how:
1. Go to your order confirmation page — you can get there directly on our website or by clicking "Manage Order" in your order confirmation email.
2. At the top, you'll see a box that says "Need to make changes" — click Edit Order. You'll also see a timer showing how much time you have left to cancel.
3. Click Cancel Order, then Confirm Changes.
You'll receive an email shortly confirming your cancellation, and you can place a new order with the correct address!
If your 30-minute window has passed, reach out to us right away at [email protected] or through our Contact Us page and we'll do our best to cancel it before it ships. Once your order begins packing in the warehouse or has shipped, we're unable to make any edits or cancellations.
