Am I able to change the shipping address on my order?Updated 19 days ago
We totally understand, it’s easy to catch a little mistake after checking out! Once your order is placed, it immediately begins processing in our system so we can get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, and due to different state tax laws and shipping regulations, we’re not able to change the shipping address after an order has been submitted.
If you notice something’s not quite right, please reach out to us right away! We do have a very short window where we might be able to cancel the order before it ships, allowing you to place a new one with the correct address. Once your order begins packing in the warehouse or has shipped, we’re unable to make any edits or cancellations.
