Am I able to cancel an order?Updated 13 minutes ago

We totally understand — sometimes you realize right after placing an order that something needs to change!


If your order was just placed, you may be able to cancel it yourself within 30 minutes! Here's how:

1. Go to your order confirmation page — you can get there directly on our website or by clicking 'Manage Order' in your order confirmation email.

2. You'll see a timer showing how much time you have left to cancel.

3. Click Cancel Order, then Confirm Changes.

4. You'll receive an email shortly confirming your cancellation.

Want to reorder the same items? Click Buy Again to add them back to your cart!


If your 30-minute window has passed, don't worry — reach out to us right away via chat, by emailing [email protected], or by calling 888-483-7344 during business hours and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Please keep in mind that because we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can't always guarantee cancellation.
