Natural Life warehouses operate Monday-Friday. You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder) with tracking from the carrier used to ship your product. Items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. Occasionally, carriers may experience delays due to safety measures, high package volumes, or staffing challenges.
