Natural Life warehouses operate Monday-Friday. You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder) with tracking from the carrier used to ship your order. Items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. Occasionally, carriers may experience delays due to safety measures, high package volumes, or staffing challenges. While most packages arrive sooner, we do allow carriers up to 8 business days for delivery once the shipment has been accepted into their network.
