Happy Returns is a free, easy way to return your items without a box or a printer. Start your return in our portal and choose the Happy Returns / drop-off option.  

You'll get a QR code by email (no need to print anything). Bring your item — no box needed — to any nearby Return Bar. 

Show your QR code to the associate. They'll pack and ship it for you, and your refund or exchange starts processing right away.
