An Instant Exchange lets you get your new item faster! Instead of waiting for us to receive your original item first, we ship your replacement right away. 

Here's how it works: 

• When you start an Instant Exchange, we place a temporary hold on your card for the value of the new item, which is why you'll need to enter your card information. 

• As soon as you drop off your original item — you have 20 days to send it back — the hold is released and you're not charged anything extra. 

• If the original item isn't sent back within 20 Days, the hold becomes a charge for the new item you kept. 

As long as you return your original item on time, you'll only ever pay for one!
