If you started an Instant Exchange and don't send your original item back within 20 days, the temporary hold on your card becomes a charge for the new item you received (so you'll have paid for both the new item and kept the original). 

To avoid any charges, just drop off your original item before the 20-day deadline. We'll send you email reminders so you don't miss it!
