My package is shipping to the wrong location. Can you change it once it's shipped?Updated a month ago

Unfortunately, we are unable to authorize any redirect measures if your address was entered incorrectly on an order and the order shipped out via UPS or Fedex. If your order shipped out USPS, you can intercept your package but you will be charged a $17.50 fee by USPS. In order to use this service, you must have a USPS account.
