I think my package is lost...who can I contact?Updated a month ago

We understand how disappointing it can be when a package doesn’t arrive as expected — and we’re here to help! Once your order leaves the Natural Life warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, and delivery updates will be provided directly through their tracking system.

Please note that once orders leave our facility, shipping carriers may experience delays due to safety measures, high package volumes, or limited staffing.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, family members, or your local post office — sometimes packages are delivered to nearby addresses by mistake.
