To return or exchange a gift, go to returns.naturallife.com and select “Return a Gift” at the bottom of the page. You’ll need the order number, shipping ZIP code and/or gift giver's email address from the original order.

You will then enter your contact information and shipping address in.

If you didn’t receive the order directly from us and need your order number, contact us and we’ll look up the order for you. Orders purchased in stores or outside our standard return policy aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
