To return or exchange a gift, please visit our return portal and click "Start a Gift Return" under the "Returning a Gift?" section at the bottom of the page. To get started, you'll need the order number and shipping ZIP code from the original order, which can be found on the packing slip.

When starting your gift return, please be sure to enter your own email address (rather than the gift giver's). This ensures that all return paperwork, updates, and refund or exchange information are sent directly to you. Once you've completed the prompts in the return portal, your return instructions and paperwork will be emailed to the address you provided.

If you did not receive the order directly from us, we can look the order info up for you. Simply contact us at www.naturallife.com/hello or call us at 888-483-7344. Unfortunately, orders that were purchased from store locations or outside of our regular return policy are not eligible for return or exchange. You can read about our regular return policy here.
