How can I track my order? Where is my tracking number sent?Updated a month ago

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. You are able to track your order from your shipping and delivery notifications sent to you via email and your order history in your Natural Life account. If you have a UPS My Choice or USPS Informed Delivery, you can sign up for updates on their websites below and they will send you tracking notifications about your package along with delivery notifications as well!

Please note: Once orders have left the warehouse and been delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS/Fedex facilities, Natural Life will have completed their shipping responsibilities. Any loss and/or delay during transit is the responsibility of the customer and the carrier used to ship the order. Please reach out to the carriers below for more information about your order:
