Great news — we do offer price adjustments! If an item you purchased goes on sale or receives a price reduction, you may be eligible for a price adjustment.

To request a price adjustment:

Contact us within 5 days of your order date by visiting our Contact Us page and submitting a form with your order number. A member of our Customer Experience team will review your request and be in touch!

Please note:

• Orders that used a promo code at checkout are not eligible for a price adjustment.
• Limited-time promotional events may be excluded from price adjustments for orders placed before or after the event dates.
